Taralli

Taralli are one of Italy’s most traditional bakery snacks, simple, rustic and incredibly addictive. Made with just flour, white wine, olive oil and salt, they are crisp on the outside, crumbly inside and perfect for aperitivo, alongside cheese boards, or simply enjoyed as a savoury bite any time of day. The brief boiling step before baking gives them their distinctive texture and a more friable, fragrant finish.
