Ingredients (for 2 people)

Tortellini: 250–300 g
Cooked Ham: 120 g
Onion: ½ (finely chopped)
Cooking Cream: 400 ml
Salt & Olive Oil: To taste
Black Pepper: Optional

How to Make It

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 15 mins

  • Step 1: Cook tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
  • Step 2: In a large pan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until soft.
  • Step 3: Add the ham and cook for 1–2 minutes, then pour in the cooking cream.
  • Step 4: Simmer gently for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Step 5: Drain the tortellini and toss them in the sauce. Serve immediately with extra pepper if desired.
