Heavy Cream: 200 ml (≈ ¾ cup)
Butter: 30 g (≈ 2 tbsp)

Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Curry Powder: 1 tsp (or to taste)
White Wine: 50 ml (≈ ¼ cup)
Salt & Pepper: To taste
Fresh Parsley: For garnish

How to Make It
