Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
How to Make It
- Peel the potatoes
- Slice very thinly using a knife or mandoline
- Rinse slices under cold water to remove starch
- Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth
- Heat oil in a deep pan
- Fry a few slices at a time
- Cook until golden and crisp
- Remove with a slotted spoon
- Drain on paper towel
- Season with salt and serve
