| Coffee: | 1 shot |
| Dark Cocoa Powder: | 1 tbsp |

How to Make It
Prep Time: 20 mins | Chill Time: 2 hrs | Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins
- Step 1: Whip thickened cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone and pistachio spread to create a smooth cream.
- Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix milk, coffee, and cocoa powder. Briefly dip each savoiardo into the mixture — do not soak.
- Step 3: In a serving dish, layer dipped savoiardi at the bottom. Spread a layer of pistachio cream on top.
- Step 4: Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
- Step 5: Chill for at least 2 hours. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
