Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
Prawns: | 1 kg (≈ 2.2 lbs, shell-on) |
Cherry Tomatoes: | 15 (≈ 1 cup halved) |
Garlic Cloves: | 3 |
Water: | 1 cup (≈ 240 ml) |
Dry White Wine: | 1 cup (≈ 240 ml) |
Olive Oil: | To taste |
Fresh Parsley: | Chopped, for garnish |
Salt: | To taste |
How to Make It
Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 25 mins
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Step 2: Arrange prawns in a large baking dish. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes and whole garlic cloves on top.
