Ingredients (Makes 12–15 Candies)
| Sugar: | 2 tbsp (25 g) |
| Ground Cinnamon: | 1 tsp |
| Ground Ginger: | 1 tsp |
| Honey (or Manuka): | 1 tsp |
| Fresh Lemon Juice: | ½ lemon (about 1 tbsp) |
| Water: | 2 tsp (10 ml) |
| Icing Sugar: | For dusting and molding |
How to Make It

- Step 1: Combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, honey, lemon juice, and water in a small saucepan.
- Step 2: Stir and bring to a gentle boil over medium-low heat.
- Step 3: Continue cooking until the mixture thickens into a syrup (about 5–7 minutes).
- Step 4: On a tray dusted with icing sugar, make small indents using your fingertip.
- Step 5: Pour a little of the hot syrup into each indent and let cool completely.
