Frozen bananas become naturally creamy when blended, making them the perfect base for a plant-based ice cream. Ingredients (Makes 4–6 Bars)

For the Ice Cream:
Ripe Bananas: 4 large
Plant-Based Milk: 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
For the Coating:
Dark Chocolate (melted): 150 g (5 oz)
Chopped Almonds or Nuts: Optional, for coating

How to Make It

Prep Time: 10 mins | Freeze Time: Overnight | Total Time: 8 hrs

  • Step 1: Slice bananas and freeze overnight until solid.
  • Step 2: Blend frozen bananas with milk and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
