Ingredients (Makes About 12 Large Nuggets)

Chicken Breast: 500 g (1.1 lb)
Egg: 1 whole
Corn Starch: 1 tbsp (8 g)
Milk (any kind): 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Breadcrumbs: 50 g (½ cup), add more if needed
Salt & Smoked Paprika: To taste
Corn Flakes (for coating): Crushed, about 1 cup (30 g)
Oil for Deep Frying: As needed (about 2 cups / 500 ml)

How to Make It

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 6 mins | Total Time: 21 mins

  • Step 1: Dice chicken breast and add it to a blender or food processor.
  • Step 2: Add egg, corn starch, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and paprika. Blend into a smooth, sticky paste.
  • Step 3: Shape into nugget-sized portions using wet hands or a spoon.
  • Step 4: Coat each nugget evenly in crushed cornflakes, pressing gently to stick.
  • Step 5: Deep fry in hot oil (350°F / 180°C) for 5–6 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
  • Step 6: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
