Chimichurri Sauce
A vibrant and aromatic sauce made with fresh parsley, garlic, and olive oil. Perfect for grilled meats, vegetables, or as a flavorful dressing.
Ingredients
- 50 g fresh parsley (1 packed cup)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried oregano (1 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 80 ml extra virgin olive oil (1/3 cup)
- 20 ml red wine vinegar (1 tbsp + 1 tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Wash and dry the parsley
- Finely chop the parsley
- Mince the garlic cloves
- Place parsley and garlic in a bowl
- Add oregano and chili flakes
- Pour in vinegar and olive oil
- Mix well until combined
- Season with salt and pepper
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving
