Ingredients
- 30 g dried chili peppers (1 oz)
- 1 L extra virgin olive oil (4 cups)
How to Make It
- Sanitize bottles thoroughly
- Wear gloves and remove chili stems
- Crumble chilies into small pieces
- Place chilies into a bottle using a funnel
- Pour in olive oil
- Seal the bottle tightly
- Let rest at least 48 hours before using

- Use fully dried chilies for best result
- Wear gloves to avoid irritation
- Adjust quantity for desired heat
- Store away from light to preserve flavour
Storage
- Keeps 5 to 6 months in a cool dark place
- Best after resting period
- Not suitable for freezing
