If you love chips but crave something healthier, these avocado chips are the answer. Packed with natural fats, protein, and flavor, they combine creamy avocado with cheese and almonds for a satisfying crunch that’s perfect on its own or with your favorite dip.

Ingredients (Makes about 20 Chips)

Avocados: 3 ripe (about 450 g / 1 lb total)
Egg: 1 large
Cheese (grated): 100 g (1 cup)
Lemon Juice: ½ lemon (about 1 tbsp)
Flour: 1 tbsp (add more if too soft)
Almonds: 1 handful (about 2 tbsp), chopped
Parsley: 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
Salt: To taste (¼ tsp)

How to Make It

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 25–30 mins | Total Time: 40 mins

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Blend avocados, egg, cheese, lemon juice, flour, almonds, parsley, salt, and olive oil until smooth.
  • Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe into thin strips or small rounds.
  • Step 4: Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and crisp on the edges.
  • Step 5: Let cool slightly and enjoy as they are — or serve with your favorite dip.

Use ripe but firm avocados for the best texture.
For extra crispiness, flip the chips halfway through baking.
Sprinkle grated Parmigiano on top before baking for a savory crust.
