How to Make It

- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 24 cm (9-inch) cake tin.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients: flour, corn flour, almond flour, chopped almonds, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
- Step 3: Add cold butter pieces and eggs to the dry mixture. Using your hands, rub and crumble the mixture until it forms coarse crumbs — do not overwork.
